Who Else ???

IT BE LIKE THAT Ab-Soul feat. SiR 

Yesterday I was telling my therapist that I was feeling a lot better about myself than I have in probably 20 years, maybe ever. I’ve done all the things that life supposedly calls for (list of accomplishments available upon request) but some days the pain is palpable. In my heart and my hips… i have no idea why. 

I know that it will pass, and I know that in my life I have felt some of the most horrible feelings I can imagine feeling… so I know I can get through it. I know that the way through it is to FEEL IT. In the meantime, keep going (unless it gets to be overwhelmingly bad - I think of 8/10 on a scale) and then I throw in the towel until tomorrow.

But I think I’m still ok for now, so I’m going to go pick up a new computer that I bought for my dad, and I’m going to go set it up for him.
